    From the looks of NOAA’s website, looks like approx. 100 years…. so my answer is B.

    ‘a’ is most correct, but …. Sea level has been rising for at least 20,000 years, but leveled off and has been remarkably stable for the past ~6,000 years, during which time most of the major river deltas of the world formed, such as the Nile, Mekong, and Mississippi.

      Mike– I assume you meant “d” is most correct, not “a” ;-), based on your explanation. My old Water Science professor Delbert Henderson (still getting around in his 90’s ) used to give multiple-choice tests where you needed to explain your answers. I always thought that was best mutiple choice format to test a person’s understanding of the subject. –Clay
